We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Identify potential risks and issues and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system specifications.
• Support the implementation of new systems or process improvements by providing guidance and clarifying requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in process modeling and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is desirable.
• Experience utilizing Jira
