Job Description

• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data analysis software (e.g., Structured Query Language, Python, R, Statistical Analysis System), project management software (e.g., JIRA Software, Trello), and databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience working on state or federal government projects.
• Experience working with technical programming teams.
• Ability to demonstrate a take-charge, can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT standards and security in a criminal justice environment.
• Positive team player with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic.
