Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into clear business requirements for product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions.
  • Manage the entire software product lifecycle, from conception through to deployment and post-launch, utilizing Agile and other iterative methodologies.
  • Continuously assess the health, availability, and reliability of the product, proposing improvements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create tailored solutions for customers, ensuring products meet their specific requirements and expectations.
  • Provide expertise on the Travel and Hospitality sector to help design industry-specific solutions.
  • Assist customers with the installation, integration, and operationalization of software products or systems.
  • Analyze product data, usage metrics, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and future improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of product roadmaps, aligning customer needs with the product vision.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Software Engineering/IT or a related field.
  • Strong experience in working with customers to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Proficiency in using various tools and techniques to ensure the health, reliability, and maintainability of software products.
  • Knowledge and experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative approaches.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and techniques across all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the Travel and Hospitality industry, including customer needs, trends, and business processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product excellence.
