Create tailored solutions for customers, ensuring products meet their specific requirements and expectations.
Provide expertise on the Travel and Hospitality sector to help design industry-specific solutions.
Assist customers with the installation, integration, and operationalization of software products or systems.
Analyze product data, usage metrics, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and future improvements.
Contribute to the development and refinement of product roadmaps, aligning customer needs with the product vision.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Software Engineering/IT or a related field.
Strong experience in working with customers to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Proficiency in using various tools and techniques to ensure the health, reliability, and maintainability of software products.
Knowledge and experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative approaches.
Familiarity with product management tools and techniques across all stages of the product lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
In-depth understanding of the Travel and Hospitality industry, including customer needs, trends, and business processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product excellence.
