We are actively seeking a versatile and experienced professional to join our team in a dual role as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master. As a Business Analyst/Scrum Master, you will bridge the gap between business needs and development teams while ensuring efficient and agile project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Elicit and document user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams in Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Ensure the team's adherence to Agile principles and values.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master with 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process modeling.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor development teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management tools and practices.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
