Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop and document functional specifications
• Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
• Create and maintain business process diagrams and use cases
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop cost-benefit analyses
• Participate in the development and testing of new systems and applications
• Train users on new systems and applications
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business systems and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4 to 7 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Experience with developing and documenting functional specifications
• Experience with working with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
• Experience with creating and maintaining business process diagrams and use cases
• Experience with conducting feasibility studies and developing cost-benefit analyses
• Experience with participating in the development and testing of new systems and applications
• Experience with training users on new systems and applications
• Experience with monitoring and evaluating the performance of business systems and processes

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques such as UML, BPMN, and Use Case Diagrams
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
