Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and development teams, to understand and document business objectives and requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop detailed business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to clarify business needs.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of business requirements during the development lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and existing systems, and propose solutions.
• Participate in the design and evaluation of proposed technology solutions, providing input on feasibility, functionality, and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit and document requirements and user feedback.
• Define and prioritize project scope and objectives based on business priorities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, requirements traceability matrices, and project plans.
• Continuously monitor and communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven expertise in business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Visio).
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
• Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
