Core Responsibilities

• Business Systems Analysts consult with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Configure and implement new systems and/or enhance existing systems.
• Write and execute test plans; troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Deliver training and guidance to end users and system/service owners.
• Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements.
• Constructing workflow charts and diagrams.
• Studying system capabilities.
• Writing specifications.
• Improves systems by studying current practices.
• Designing modifications.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of business processes, methodologies, and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and life cycles.
