Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong background in Asset Management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 modules related to asset lifecycle, maintenance, and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to asset management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules, especially Finance & Operations (F&O) and Asset Management.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements.
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Asset Management or Finance & Operations.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, depreciation, maintenance scheduling, and compliance.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant certifications.
- Experience in industries such as utilities, manufacturing, or real estate.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
