We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience supporting technology, data, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, process improvement, and data-driven business solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand business needs and objectives.
- Prepare business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, business process maps, and other project documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Support data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives by documenting business needs and data requirements.
- Assist in requirements prioritization, scope management, and change management activities.
- Support test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology, data, or analytics projects.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience creating process flows, requirements documentation, user stories, and project artifacts.
- Understanding of data integration, reporting, business intelligence, or analytics concepts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
