Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in a clear, structured, and testable manner.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
• Work with SQL, APIs, databases, and system integrations to understand data flows and system behavior.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Actively listen to stakeholders to uncover underlying business needs beyond stated requests.
• Analyze complex problems, break them down logically, and propose effective solutions.
• Support testing and validation by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and traceable.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve analysis practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Strong experience in requirements management, including documentation, prioritization, and traceability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
