Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements.
This position requires a thorough an detail knowledge of the Dragonfly Universal Online Banker Platform UOB).
This position will be responsible for working with the business to identify scope of upcoming release as well as provide support for client
UOB migration from the ACI Datacenter to the Dragonfly AWS Cloud Solution.
Previous experience supporting a UPB Bank's migration to the AWS cloud is preferable but not required.
Extensive and detailed knowledge of Dragonfly UOB Platform
Bilingual Language skills are not required.
Experience working with a Bank that uses UOB that has migrated out of ACI Datacenter to Dragonfly Cloud Solution.
