Responsibilities:-

• Triaging cases & providing resolution to business users.
• Sending business communications.
• Understanding the technical issues and translating/documenting them to business language to ensure that business user fully understands the action being taken on the case throughout case life cycle.
• Adhere to ISO process documents for both communication and handling of incidents.
• Participate in software release related UATs.
• Monitor incident Backlog and and take action to keep the backlog within specified limits.
• Provide Epage support during weekends & Holidays.

Must have:-

• Experience in at least one of the following:- Oracle B2B , Mulesoft B2B
• Knowledge of  Rosettanet EDI
• Knowledge in Order management preferably in reverse logistics
• Knowledge in SQL, XML, XSLT, JSON & REST API
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
• Hands-on experience working on incidents in production support.
