The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project requirements. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Business Analyst will facilitate clear communication and alignment. They will also conduct workshops and training sessions to promote the smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that project objectives are met.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Develop process documentation and user manuals to support operational transitions.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to supply chain management.
Required Experience/Skills
- Proven track record in a similar Business Analyst role, or substantial knowledge and experience in the field.
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and supply chain management.
- Proficient in SAP and MRP processes.
- Familiarity with third-party software solutions, such as Arkieva or Blue Yonder.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education and/or training in Business Analysis, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
