Job Description

Senior Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems integration, data analysis, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams by translating complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, with strong expertise in banking, telecom, CRM, data mapping, and regulatory initiatives.

·         Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements elicitation sessions, document business and system requirements, create BRDs/FRSs/SRSs, develop user stories and epics, and support solution design across enterprise systems.

·         Business & Data Analysis: Analyze business processes, perform gap analysis, create source-to-target data mappings, validate data quality, and generate insights using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and reporting tools.

·         Systems & Integration: Work across APIs, middleware, ETL pipelines, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and data warehouse environments to support system enhancements and enterprise integration initiatives.

·         Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate discovery sessions, JAD workshops, and cross-functional meetings with business users, SMEs, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment throughout the SDLC.

·         Testing & Delivery: Support UAT planning and execution, define acceptance criteria, validate solutions against requirements, and help drive Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall delivery models.

·         Required Qualifications: Strong experience in business systems analysis, technical documentation, SQL/PL-SQL, data modeling, process mapping, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, SharePoint, and DB Visualizer.

·         Preferred Qualifications: Experience in banking, capital markets, wealth management, telecom, regulatory compliance, cloud platforms, and certifications such as CBAP, Salesforce Admin, or SAFe Agilist.

·         Core Competencies: Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, adaptability, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
