We are seeking a Business Analyst – Finance Transformation to support finance process improvement, ERP transformation, and technology-enabled business solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience assessing financial processes, designing future-state operating models, gathering requirements, and supporting ERP implementations and change initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, and risks.
- Document current-state processes, gather business requirements, and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Design future-state processes, operating models, SOPs, and workflow solutions.
- Support ERP and finance technology implementations, including SAP S/4HANA, Workday Financials, and Oracle Cloud.
- Participate in functional design, system testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Research industry best practices, KPIs, and market trends to develop process improvement recommendations.
- Support internal control assessments, risk analysis, and operational reviews.
- Lead assigned project workstreams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Develop process documentation, assessments, presentations, recommendations, and implementation plans.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support change management, organizational restructuring, skill realignment, and technology adoption.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to Finance Transformation methodologies, templates, and knowledge assets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including P2P, O2C, and R2R.
- Experience with process assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement.
- Experience supporting ERP or finance technology implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, and project deliverables.
- Ability to lead workstreams, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Workday Financials, or Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with ERP transformation or technology consulting engagements.
- Consulting experience with technology, Big Four, or mid-tier consulting firms.
- Knowledge of finance automation, emerging technologies, and Finance Transformation best practices.
