Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for configuring Rating and UW rules in Earnix across the different lines of business.
• Attend stand-ups, backlog refinements, and sprint planning at regular cadences.
• Responsible for demos to team and business SMEs for the signoff.
• Responsible for production readiness sign-off and online promotion (Production environment).
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Prepare the testplan and Qtest evidences.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
