We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in supply chain management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, or inventory planning and will be able to work independently while contributing effectively to team efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data related to supply chain processes including warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, and inventory planning.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced analytics to drive data-informed decisions and support strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve supply chain management and inventory planning.
- Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high degree of independence and initiative.
- Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Preferably in warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, or inventory planning.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting and communicate clearly with team members.
- Capable of producing results with minimal supervision and working autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced data analysis to support business decisions.
- Preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in inventory planning or supply chain management is required.
