Job Responsibilities

• ­Responsible for commercial loan origination business analysis & ensure the product is built as per the business needs.
• ­Analyze the nCino product mapping requirements and support the business stakeholders in providing the proper mappings to IT teams.
• ­Identify and optimize requirements based on business needs.
• Ensure the requirements are passed to IT teams & support them in requirement analysis.
• ­Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• ­Support business testing for the features developed in test and production environments.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Good in capturing the requirements clearly and documenting them as needed.
• Have Experience in ­business analysis in the commercial lending domain.
• ­Experience in commercial loan origination including functionalities like Deal/opportunity identification, Loan application processing, Credit analysis & approval, Closing procedure & Collateral management.
• ­Experience in using the tools/products for commercial lending & mortgage processing like Encompass, nCino, etc
• ­Should have strong presentation & communication skills.
