Responsibilities

• Conduct pricing, compliance, and incentive analysis on proposed and executed agreements to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Oversee Key Accounts and manage complex agreements from negotiation to execution.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and lead training for new and existing employees.
• Drive process innovation to identify gaps, improve efficiencies, and enhance customer relationships.
• Use Commercial Operations knowledge to develop reporting and analysis for the team and sales professionals.
• Collaborate with the IT team on the development of sales/business analysis systems and contribute to team and divisional projects.
• Provide dedicated support to Sales Management teams, formulating customer strategies and tactics.
• Communicate directly with Field Sales to understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
• Present profit analysis processes, guidelines, and results to various groups.
