Job Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with the organization's goals
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, validate requirements, and obtain stakeholder consensus.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions. 
• Provide subject matter expertise to guide decision-making and support business process re-engineering efforts.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing them with support and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Able to analyze data using Excel, SQL by connecting to MS SQL, Data Bricks
