Required Qualifications/Skills
8+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking and Financial Institutions.
Master of Science in Business Analytics, or a graduate degree in a related field.
Experience in running Requirement Gathering sessions with business, documenting requirements, getting approval from stakeholders, Running Sprint planning, explaining requirements, and providing clarification to the Tech team.
Strong Agile Development Methodology, Experience with Agile tools like JIRA/Confluence, User Story writing, TDD/BDD approach, etc.
Strong Stakeholder Management experience including but not limited to Business users, Client IT PM/Tech team, and Onshore/Offshore Technical team.
Experience with Spectrum has worked on a Spectrum upgrade to meet the ISO 20002 standards and is familiar with those changes.
