Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive process change.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Collect and analyze process performance metrics to measure the impact of improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to monitor process performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders: data Analysis and Reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or data analysis roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating issues as needed.
• Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience with industry-specific tools and technologies relevant to the role.
