Roles and Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and drive the implementation of standard business processes.
• Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Facilitate the migration of legacy platforms to Adobe platforms, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Collaborate with teams working on Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Leverage experience in the financial domain to tailor solutions to industry-specific needs.
• Utilize expertise in Marketing Technology to enhance business processes and technology integration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis specifically within Adobe platforms.
• Proven experience in migrating from legacy systems to Adobe platforms.
• Familiarity with CDP, Adobe Target, and AJO.
• Prior work experience in the financial domain is essential.
• Marketing Technology domain experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
