• Experience in InfoLease and Rapport product knowledge
• Experience in Commercial Lending
• Work with stakeholders to develop technical requirements for systems that support business processes
• Translation of business requirements into technical requirements
• Work to create and publish technical requirements
• Project documentation
• Developing use cases to explain/ demonstrate specifications to business partners
• Support ad hoc report and/or ad hoc strategic efforts/projects
• Work with application development team to produce and document the functional requirements, generating process/data flow diagrams, and crafting user guides
• Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, strong leadership skills, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and strong analytical skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; very strong influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
