Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration solution design and documentation for enterprise-wide projects.
• Develop functional requirements and data mapping artifacts, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the FINEOS COTS product for solution implementation and optimization.
• Apply best practices and repeatable processes to large-scale technology initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT, managing expectations and requirements scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional design documentation and coordinate elicitation activities.
• Develop traceability between requirements and solution designs to support change management.
• Lead the organization and validation of functional analysis and design documentation.
• Ensure effective communication across remote teams, with strong time/task management skills.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Insurance processes and the Disability Insurance domain.
• Strong experience with FINEOS COTS product and enterprise integration.
• Proficiency in SDLC, particularly Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert analysis into actionable insights.
• Experience managing large cross-system and cross-team initiatives.
