Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions leveraging ABAP, oData, RESTful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, and CDS views.
• Work on SAP CRM and SAP BRIM projects, including SOM, CC, CI, and related integrations.
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, and system development.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and 3rd-party vendors to define integration strategies and technical roadmaps.
• Utilize modern development tools such as Jira, GitHub, and Confluence for code management and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to software development methodologies, version control, and quality assurance standards.
• Develop and execute unit tests, ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA and emerging SAP web technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience (or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience).
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP development experience, including ABAP, oData, RESTful ABAP, SAPUI5, Fiori, and CDS.
• Strong expertise in SAP CRM and/or SAP BRIM development and integration.
• Deep understanding of SAP SOM, Fiori, Gateway, oData, Advanced ABAP, and SAP architecture.
• Experience working with modern software development methodologies and tools (Jira, GitHub, Confluence).
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and familiarity with automated testing tools.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in agile and cross-functional environments.
• Prior experience with SAP BRIM/SOM/CC/CI implementations is a significant plus.
• Technical proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP CRM/BRIM modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and cloud integration tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for SAP landscapes.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
