BRIM Convergent Invoicing Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced BRIM Convergent Invoicing Functional Analyst with a strong background in SAP and XaaS business models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing scalable, resilient billing and invoicing solutions, with deep expertise in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and Convergent Invoicing.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience implementing SAP solutions, with 5+ years specifically in BRIM.

• Participation in a minimum of 2 full-cycle BRIM implementation programs.

• Hands-on experience crafting, developing, and maintaining highly scalable and resilient systems for XaaS (Anything-as-a-Service) business models.

• End-to-end configuration and customization expertise in Convergent Invoicing.

• Certifications in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) and BRIM strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and design for Convergent Invoicing and other BRIM components.

• Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules to meet XaaS billing and revenue requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable billing solutions.

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP configuration, validating that solutions are efficient, accurate, and resilient.

• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and best practices.

• Support end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live phases.

• Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert for Convergent Invoicing and BRIM modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 10+ years SAP experience with at least 5 years in BRIM implementations.

• Hands-on experience with XaaS business models, scalable system design, and Convergent Invoicing.

• SAP CI and BRIM certifications required.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
