We are seeking an experienced Big Data Developer to join our team. As a Big Data Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our big data infrastructure and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop data pipelines, and implement scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop strategies for data acquisition, integration, and processing.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance big data solutions using technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Implement data processing workflows, data ingestion processes, and data integration solutions.
• Optimize and tune big data solutions for performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data models and data schemas for efficient storage and retrieval of structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to implement data-driven solutions and machine learning models.
• Ensure data security, data governance, and data quality standards are implemented and maintained.
• Conduct performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of big data solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in big data technologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Big Data Developer or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data processing frameworks and languages such as MapReduce, Hive, Pig, or Scala.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.
• Solid understanding of distributed computing principles and distributed file systems.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
