Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of onshore and offshore BI developers and testers, ensuring they are equipped to meet client requirements and expectations.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
• Monitor and report on the progress of BI projects, addressing any risks or roadblocks that may arise.
• Ensure that the development work adheres to best practices, high-quality standards, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and BI Manager to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and Tableau reporting solutions.
• Migrate existing Tableau reports and dashboards to the Azure/Snowflake data warehouse environment.
• Develop and optimize Tableau visualizations and dashboards in line with client specifications and performance best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Tableau development and data integration.
• Participate in sprint reviews and demos to showcase progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience as a Technical Lead in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI reporting and Snowflake Data Warehouse development, specifically with Tableau.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing both onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Proven track record of successfully migrating Tableau reports and dashboards to cloud environments (Azure/Snowflake).
• Strong proficiency in Tableau development, including dashboard design, data source integration, and performance tuning.
• In-depth knowledge of Snowflake data warehouse architecture, SQL, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, particularly in sprint-based project management.
• Strong experience with health insurance data, including familiarity with HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, Membership, Provider, Eligibility, and Claims data.
• Ability to understand complex data models and translate them into meaningful Tableau reports.
