We are seeking a BI Reporting Lead with experience in Business Objects (BOBJ) and Tableau to oversee the full reporting and dashboard development lifecycle. The lead will interact with business clients to gather requirements, design, and deliver reports and dashboards, ensuring the integration of various data sources, including Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Design and develop BOBJ universes, reports, and interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Manage offshore teams for report and dashboard delivery.
• Create functional/technical specifications and enforce development standards.
• Develop and manage testing strategies for reports and dashboards, ensuring data reconciliation and validation.
• Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business users for smooth delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with BOBJ universes, reports, and interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and server management tasks (permission handling, report publishing).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end report delivery.
• 8+ years in BI reporting, with a focus on Business Objects and Tableau.
