Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including data pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective BI solutions.
• Build and optimize data models for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
• Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the BI platform.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Monitor and optimize BI performance, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging BI technologies, and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 to 15 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or related roles.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Expertise in ETL processes and tools for data integration and transformation.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
