We are seeking a talented BI Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BI solutions using various tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Work with business stakeholders to identify and understand their data requirements
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services
• Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards for business users
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all BI solutions
• Perform data analysis and identify trends to help drive business decisions
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure data security and privacy
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the BI field

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in BI development or a related field
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and ETL processes
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with data security and privacy best practices
