We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Developer to join our team. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Perform data analysis and develop data visualizations to communicate key insights and trends.
• Optimize and tune BI solutions for maximum performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, report accuracy, and system performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence development, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Solid understanding of business intelligence and data analytics principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
