We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence development.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to understand data needs.
• Creating data models and database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
• Developing and implementing ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify data insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conducting data quality checks and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in business intelligence development, with a focus on data modeling, SQL querying, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and data visualization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions within defined timelines.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
