We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our team. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that help our organization make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs, and then design and implement solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and visualizations to support business intelligence solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting and analysis.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve business performance.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of business intelligence solutions, and optimize them as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improving our BI infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in BI development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience developing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
