Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CxO-level summary reports and dashboards.
• Understand and address the challenges faced during the Power BI rollout, including licensing terms and compliance.
• Provide training and support to users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Power BI.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to meet business needs.
• Design and develop data models to support BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse or BI system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Consultant, BI Developer, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
