Technical / Functional Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of Technical Project Management Experience 
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent 
• Exceptional soft skills especially communication and negotiation skills 
• Able to manage cross-functional projects to successfully coordinate with multiple Project Stakeholders 
• Proven detailed oriented skills 
• Must be able to simplify complex topics to increase adoption rates from Vendors and Users 
• Self-motivated and follow-through on projects and persevere under pressure 
• Able to collect, analyze and present data sets supporting project goals and initiatives 
• Proactively identify challenges, opportunities, and execute approved changes in a timely manner 
• Define and iterate the success metrics for each project 
• Technical Tools knowledge in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle ERP R12, XML, XSLT, JSON & REST API 
• Knowledge of Agile principles, concepts, and methodology 
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment 
• Require Supply Chain Knowledge 

 

Mandatory qualifications: 

• Must have extensive knowledge & experience in B2B Rosettanet EDI protocol and integration. 
• Working experience in Mulesoft, Tibco, Webmethods or other tools used in partner integration.
