Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of scalable solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Analyze business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver end-to-end applications
• Configure Dataverse environments and manage security roles and access
• Build and maintain custom connectors to integrate external data sources securely
• Implement governance and monitoring using Power Platform CoE Kit
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals
• Provide support and guidance throughout all phases of the application lifecycle
• Stay current with evolving Microsoft technologies and industry best practices

Required Skills

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio
• Schema configuration, relationships, security roles, business rules, SharePoint integration
• Development and deployment of on-premise and cloud-based custom connectors
• Adaptive Cards for MS Teams, advanced UX in Canvas Apps
• Knowledge of NTLM, Kerberos, OAuth, and SSO integration
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cosmos DB
• REST APIs, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, Visual Studio, Entity Framework
• PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)

Preferred Skills

• Integration with advanced technologies such as R, Python, AI, ML, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Robotics
• Experience implementing Power Platform CoE Kit for governance and best practices
• Azure integration and deployment, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps
