Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- First point of contact within zone or domain for Platform Operations (Operations SME, L3 incidents troubleshooting, deployment).
- Work in close coordination with the Client's global master team.
- Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams.
- Analyze performance questions that may arise along the data path (including networks) for deployments that may be in the Cloud or On-premises.
- Provide technical expertise during testing, deployment, and upgrading of Redis software.
- Manage critical customer issues, facilitating communication between customers, CloudOps, Engineering, Product, TAMs, and Sales.
- Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Kubernetes including Helm.
- At least four years of relevant experience in the enterprise software industry.
- Knowledge of Azure networking (subnets, virtual networks, public/private IP addresses, NSG, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Application Gateway, private link, private Azure DNS).
- Hands-on experience with coding languages like Terraform, Powershell, etc.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Deployment pipelines - yaml files), Azure event hub, Azure service bus, Azure Blob, Azure File, Azure Key. Vault, Azure Monitor
- Efficient communication skills with strong organizational and leadership skills.
