Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and perform analysis on complex programs and systems.
• Assist in determining product requirements, technical specifications, and enhancements.
• Implement Machine Vision Edge-to-Cloud System for Mechanical-Technology Driven Train Inspection (TDTI).
• Focused on reducing Derailments, Reducing Service Interruptions, and Increasing Velocity.
• Solve and Implement Solutions that meet/exceed technical and/or business requirements.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze information from large data sets.
• Demonstrate a Passion for Solving Customer Problems, Automating Manual Processes, and Making an Impact on the Railroad.

Qualifications/Skills

• 8 years of Azure cloud engineer experience with Azure IoT Edge platform Azure Dashboards and KQL Azure resources.
• 8+ Years of experience in architecting and/ or developing scalable internet-based services and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Experience in providing IoT solutions using Azure IoT Hub.
• Strong knowledge in Azure Data Warehouse, Data Factory, HDInsight, Docker etc
• Good to have experience in .NET / C#, MVS
• A good understanding of IoT Sensor/ Gateway/ Communication networking concepts is preferred.
