Azure DevOps Test Lead

The Azure DevOps Test Lead drives testing across the SDLC, ensuring high-quality delivery of IT initiatives. The role involves functional testing, test planning, defect management, and team mentoring, with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps Test Plans in an Agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts, including functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT, and unit testing.
• Develop and execute test cases, maintain traceability, and ensure test coverage.
• Manage defects: identification, logging, tracking, triage, and resolution.
• Support test planning, reporting, and documentation; communicate metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train test team members; facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and test tool vendors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in functional testing and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and test case design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
