Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered search solutions using Azure Cognitive Search.
  
• Design Azure AI Search Architecture involving vector search, hybrid search & AI enrichment.
  
• Develop search indexes, queries, filters, and facets to enhance search functionality.
  
• Integrate AI capabilities such as natural language processing, machine learning, and knowledge mining into search solutions.
  
• Optimize search performance and relevance using Azure Cognitive Search features.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate search solutions into applications.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI and search technology.
  
• Provide detailed design specifications and documentation.
  
• Provide expertise and guidance on cloud-based best practices and trends.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proven experience with Azure Cognitive Search and other Azure AI services.
• Strong knowledge of search technologies, including Lucene, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Experience with AI technologies such as natural language processing and machine learning.
• Experience in .net, AI models, Open AI rest API, and Python coding.
• Familiarity with full life cycle implementation from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Interacting with clients, and providing recommendations based on client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
