  • Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability, and security using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Datadog, Splunk, and similar tools.

  • Drive AWS cost optimization through resource right-sizing, usage analysis, reserved capacity planning, and infrastructure efficiency initiatives.

  • Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, high-availability, and business continuity strategies.

  • Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with enterprise security, regulatory, governance, and operational standards.

  • Lead troubleshooting, incident response, and root-cause analysis for infrastructure and platform issues.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, reliability improvements, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with development, security, architecture, and operations teams on cloud platform strategy and implementation.

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on AWS infrastructure and platform engineering practices.

Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure administration and/or platform engineering.

  • Deep hands-on experience with AWS in enterprise environments.

  • Strong expertise in AWS networking, IAM, security, and infrastructure management.

  • Strong experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and/or ECS.

  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.

  • Hands-on experience with Ansible.

  • Experience with AWS Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA).

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, or similar.

  • Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Datadog, and Splunk.

  • Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, disaster recovery, high availability, and enterprise governance.

  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer – Professional.

  • Experience with hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud environments.

  • Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical enterprise platforms.
