Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the DevSecOps team in designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, automated cloud infrastructure and application delivery pipelines within AWS.
• Ensure security best practices are embedded throughout the entire development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes, infrastructure automation, and application deployment.
• Drive the implementation of AWS security tools (e.g., GuardDuty, Inspector, KMS) to enhance security across cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, ensuring scalable and secure infrastructure.
• Monitor, log, and analyze cloud environment performance using tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, and Splunk to ensure reliability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, security, operations) to deliver integrated solutions that meet both security and business requirements.
• Mentor and guide team members on DevSecOps best practices and cloud security protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, tools, and AWS services to continually enhance the security posture of the cloud infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, with at least 3 years of experience leading a DevSecOps team.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing AWS-based cloud infrastructure and application delivery pipelines.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation and management.
• Strong knowledge of AWS security tools such as GuardDuty, Inspector, KMS, and other security services.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, and Splunk for proactive cloud environment management.
• Deep understanding of security concepts and practices in cloud environments, including identity and access management, encryption, and vulnerability scanning.
