Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, and Kubernetes.
• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline deployments and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues on both Linux and Windows systems.
• Collaborate with teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Provide on-call application and infrastructure support on a rotational basis as required by the customer.
• Utilize AWS CLI and relevant toolsets for operational tasks and automation.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Work within project management systems like JIRA for tracking tasks and incidents.

Job Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Solid background in troubleshooting Linux and Windows systems.
• Skilled in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with AWS CLI and DevOps automation tools.
• AWS Certification required: AWS Solutions Architect – Associate (or higher preferred).
• Application support experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools for issue tracking.
