Primary Responsibilities

• Define API endpoints, request/response structures, and overall architecture with clear documentation.
• Deliver technical solutions for APIs and microservices, ensuring integration with related platforms.
• Lead the technical team in performing PoC for new solutions.
• Conduct regular technical reviews of solutions and applications.
• Ensure APIs meet performance and traffic scalability requirements.
• Oversee API development to meet quality and performance standards.
• Manage API deployment to production, ensuring smooth rollouts.
• Implement versioning strategies to ensure compatibility and support future development.
• Enforce security protocols (authentication, authorization, encryption) and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems, address issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expertise in AWS API Gateway and API lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of API design, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with deployment strategies, version management, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and deliver scalable API solutions.
