We are seeking an AVEVA Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for AVEVA MES and System Platform applications. This role ensures system performance, security, and compliance while supporting production deployments and coordinating with development teams for issue resolution.

Required Technical Skills

• AVEVA Platforms: MES, Work Tasks (Skelta BPM), System Platform, WW EI
• Programming / Scripting: C# (.NET), SQL, JavaScript
• Experience with system deployments, patch management, and troubleshooting

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES applications and system platform
• Ensure MES system security, compliance, and optimal performance
• Support production deployments, patches, and upgrades
• Coordinate with development/engineering teams for bug fixes and enhancements
• Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes
