We are seeking an experienced AVEVA MES Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, supporting, and developing MES solutions across manufacturing environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end implementation and support of AVEVA MES solutions, including Performance, Operations, and Quality modules.
- Configure and develop solutions using AVEVA System Platform, Wonderware MES, AVEVA Historian, and related integration components.
- Participate in MES project lifecycle including requirement analysis, design mapping, development, deployment, and support.
- Implement MES environment setup and ensure platform readiness for production deployments.
- Integrate MES with automation systems including PLCs, SCADA, OPC servers, and industrial control systems.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, database designs, and views using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Build and maintain MES-related applications using C# / .NET and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, REST APIs).
- Support integration with AVEVA Work Tasks (Skelta BPM) and MDM solutions where applicable.
- Ensure alignment of MES solutions with ISA-95, ISA-88, and MESA standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with AVEVA MES (Wonderware MES) across at least one full lifecycle project.
- Strong knowledge of AVEVA System Platform, MES modules (Operations, Quality, Performance).
- Experience in MES configuration, development, and support in manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (SCADA, PLC, OPC, HMI integration).
- Proficiency in SQL Server (query optimization, database design).
- Experience in C# and .NET development.
- Familiarity with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, REST APIs.
- Understanding of manufacturing standards (ISA-95 / ISA-88) and MES architecture.
