Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Windows 365 solutions to provide virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for the organization.
• Assess organizational requirements and recommend appropriate Windows 365 configurations to meet business needs.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of Windows 365 with existing systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  
• Implement security measures and compliance standards to protect Windows 365 environments and data.
  
• Provide technical support, guidance, and training to users and IT teams on Windows 365 features and best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 365 implementation, performance, and integration.
  
• Stay up-to-date with Windows 365 updates, new features, and industry trends to optimize Windows 365 environments.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement Windows 365 governance policies and procedures.

 

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of working experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Experience with third-party migration tools for Microsoft 365 platforms and apps.
  
• Hands-on leadership experience in Exchange to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow, and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE.
