We are seeking an experienced AVD/Intune Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions. This is a senior engineering role requiring expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, scripting/packaging, and SCCM/MECM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, configuring, and implementing modern endpoint management solutions rather than providing administrative or desktop support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of IT infrastructure or endpoint engineering experience.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions.
- Experience working in large enterprise Microsoft environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Engineer and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for Windows endpoints, application deployment, device compliance, and mobility management.
- Design and implement Group Policy (GPO) strategies and optimize policy management.
- Develop and maintain application packaging and deployment solutions using scripting and automation.
- Engineer and support SCCM/MECM for operating system deployment, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint configuration.
- Create automation using PowerShell and other scripting technologies to improve endpoint management processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver scalable endpoint solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint, virtual desktop, and device management issues.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for modern endpoint management.
